For the previous 9 years ​Bernard led an administrative team working with the Pension Board to manage $80 Million+ in retirement savings assets for 80+ municipalities. Bernard is an Insurance Advisor, an Associate of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist
